in addition to what oga genius said, you should clear cache and try updating some or all of your system apps, your device will soon stabilise.

Good day everyone.

I updated my Xiaomi Mi Max 3 (Chinese rom) from MIUI 11 via OTA to MIUI 12.0.1 stable yesterday 12.0.1.0 (QEDCNXM) specifically.

Since then I am unable to use the Google playstore and I get the error in the screenshot below.

How do I overcome this?

semid4lyfe: In trying to resolve this problem, I signed out of my google accounts, removed them, and now I can't re-add the accounts anymore as I get a "can't sign in. there was a problem communicating with google servers, try again later" error message.

As it is, I have no access to gmail, playstore, google drive etc.

So I just resolved this issue via YouTube.

The solution is so simple, it's embarrassing angry

Go to Settings > Apps > Permissions > Autostart > Enable Google Services Framework > Enable the 2 options - Allow Apps to Start Automatically and Allow the apps to be started by other apps.

Then exit, close all open apps and restart the phone.

After this, you should be able to sign into your google accounts, use playstore and all your google-based apps.

Thanks to everyone who rendered help in trying to resolve the issue.

I actually use poweramp paid unlock version.

Just that my Haylou GT1 pro doesn't really give me the loud sound I want hence the need for a safe audio booster app

Guess, you're on Android 10. Your problem is a simple one. You don't need an audio booster as it will only compound the problem.

Disable DVC in your Poweramp settings.

Just use the search bar to make finding the settings easier.

You have to look for a seller to help you order it from China. That is the only way.

Should DVC be disabled only for bluetooth devices alone?

Go to equaliser, choose a preset or edit it when saving and applying select all outputs you want it to affect.

If the output don't change then it is your hardware not the software.

Boss, you're not using swipe gestures. I'm surprised.

Navigation keys are an eyesore for me. I fell in love with MIUI's swipe gestures since the days of Redmi Note 5.

PREFERENCES bro... no doubt that gesture is smooth and appealing but I haven't been able to use it since I got my device, because I customized my navigation buttons with shortcuts that are vital to my usage satisfaction. I'm sure he also has a reason he clinged on to it.

Though I retweeted this is derailing and it is against the rules of this Forum. This isn't a thread dedicated to Infinix. Get a life, bro.
