It ought to be City+Dentist and that depends on the population of the city and number of endusers. Dentists+City isn't really a good option except maybe the city is as popular as Austin or Seattle then maybe (just maybe) there'll be an enduser that would love to buy it..

The guy should just pitch the domain to them like:

etc etc.
Price it under 50 thousand naira. Who knows...

When you do a domain push to another account within the same registrar, does the whois information automatically change? OR the person receiving the domain would be the one to update the info?

if you can't find it there,

click on their social media icon on their website and message them there

or search them on Instagram, you can find their email there

and if you can't find their email on Instagram, you can still send them a DM
