I have been dating my boyfriend for over a 13 months and because physically, hes much bigger I always assumed he was older. Apparently, hes 31 and I am 33 years old with 20 months in between us. He has proposed and is planning to go and see my parents this December officially. Asides the age gap, hes an amazing man. Very focused and level headed. Please people married people, is this something one can navigate or would this raise issues in future. If youre married to a younger guy, your comments will be well appreciated. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Personally, if I'm not at least five years older than a lady, whatever we are doing is just for fun. I can't imagine myself having anything serious to do with an older lady, I just can't. Age is not and can never just be number. I like respecting my elders, even if they are older with just a day. There's a way I want to be talking to my wife when she messes up and I can't do that with an older lady. I need a girl far younger than me so that i can always put her in her place.
