But a slowpoke that is without just a confirmed FSLC is parading himself as the president of a large nation like this.

Well I don't blame him, because majority of the so called learned idiots voted him and believed in little mind that someone like BUHARI can do anything worthwhile in this country.

If you supported or voted BUHARI in 2015

You're just the biggest FOOL without VISION!

Wahala dey o, I remember how some of my lecturers advice me to put in for Masters immediately after NYSC, there reason is that i could secure lecturing job, then afterwards enrol for Ph.d. My worry was that, I've not put my undergraduate knowledge into use, but to them, it's about getting the JOB.
This is the mentality of most lecturers doning our citadel of learning, it also explain why graduates are often running after getting job.

If I may ask, what are you doing now? Are you employed? When the country was okay, one would usually have to work and have experience before enrolling for MSc. The lack of job has changed all that. But a PhD holder without a job calls for questions to be asked.

But whose job is it to provide employment? Govt is only to create enabling environment. We are to act.

I've found my ground and very okay, on the bolded, the job market now is about value and skill and not just the certificate.

The issue is, most graduates including the PhD holders are not creating jobs by solving problems. They just want to go to school, pass exams and 'look' for jobs.

Nigerian graduates should think of what they can do for Nigeria or humanity and not what Nigeria/humanity can do for them.

Hmmm.... Bros, it's not always as you've said ooo... They're so many Nigerians willing to contribute something positively to this country and help solve some of the problems faced by humanity. But the challenge is that their efforts are either sabotaged or a government policy is enacted to quash their efforts.

I proposed a digital solution to Nigeria's security challenge and I held a discussion with my siblings and Mom (all present), all my family members stood up against me and told me that I want to put my life on the line for this country bcuz they know there's going to be a saboteur within the ranks of people in government that I will be discussing it with.

My solution to the current security situation would not only grant our troops real-time intelligence but it will also reveal the identity of those funding or orchestrating the whole evil.

Just imagine how my family members alone stood up against the idea not bcuz it's not going to work but bcuz corruption will fight back and possibly take my life.

I had a taste of this for two years after graduating 8 years ago.

Words can't describe how frustrated I felt, I even lost a very meaningful relationship when the 'owu' became too much. I would kneel down to pray every midnight. "In Jesus' name" was all I could utter most times, before hot tears began to flow.

Until God made me meet one big chief like that in my state when I was doing all sorta hustles to keep body and soul together. A phone call and two weeks were all he needed to fix me somewhere outside my state.

It hurts and scares me what people suffer, with all the qualifications. It's a very cold world out there.
