i dont know why they put a lot of restriction on someone"s paypal when it involves nigeria.
over here i can easily withdraw from my paypal account to my bank account and i can send money from my paypal account to another person"s paypal account but when it involves naija it is hard.Maybe u should enquire from their agent as someone suggested .. u could also consult ur bank as well.

wen many nigerians don dey very exposed they will start swearing for yahoo boys .my younger bro for naija he has one only busines he dey do.the only mode of payment is through paypal but because of the restriction in naija he cant recieve payment so what i do is they send it to my paypal account then i send the money directly to his bank account in naija through my own bank account.most money apps that work in other parts of the world does not work in nigeria.very sadning.

thats what my bro told me.that had it been he had to use his own paypal acount then he would have to change the IP address by using VpN u just mentioned.He said VPN is not free that u have to pay for it as well.If u no change ur IP address and someone overseas want to send u money d money wont go as long as the IP address is nigeria.
