Boot your phone into recovery and wipe dalvik cache partition with the main cache partition too

Reboot after doing this

Check space left ... If less than 1.5gb, delete some stuff

Check your storage capacity, delete some things you are not necessarily using,it could be apps,save some photos in Google photos....

use your phone master app to clear cache and junk files, the hanging is mostly likely caused my lack of storage

Spark 2 is a budget device and you shouldn't load it with apps or files to enjoy it well. Get a memory card to ease the burden on the phone

go to settings >> storage and wipe junk files

Thank you so much ppl, I will delete some stuff, I think it's due to the low storage, am thinking I should get a memory card too
It's 1g ram, I might get a new memory card

I have been using TECNO phones for some time now and I don't have issues and no reason to take it to Carlcare. You people just like having unnecessary headaches for nothing.

if you're a heavy user, you can go for phones like pouviour 4 with 3gb ram or the pro with 6gb ram/128gb rom. Spark 2 is not for heavy users
