Ojo
A federal 33kv powerline ran through my area to agbara industrial estate. Light here has been fairly stable. But since that rainfall on Wednesday, there has been power outage. The first of such in 4 months

Its seems its the same federal line that runs to agbara we are using here at iyanaera.

Since Wednesday no light, they flashed it for few minutes yesterday around 5pm.

This evening we heared they repaired one high tension wire at iyanaera bustop and that flash was to test the repair as they put it on the stuff began to spark and the light went of again, this evening the ekedc were there again. It seems no hope till monday angry
I do enjoy a minimum of 20 hours of uninterrupted electricity here in Ikoyi, lagos. and at times 24 hours.Tho it's a well planned private estate So electricity isn't even the problem. Those of yoi complaining of Power shortage should get a solar, it's quite expensive but it's worth it
Very insensitive comment

Do you know how much the average Nigerian earns?

Many youths are without a job and see the smugness with the way you commented

Pride goes before the fall...

Next time, learn empathy young man

I think there's a massive upgrade ongoing

True...I remember last week we didn't have ight for 6 days straight....they send texts to every resident in my neighbourhood informing us that they would undergoing some repairs and upgrade within that stipulated time and after that they expect the power to last up to 19hrs daily...so far they've kept to their promise...it was worth the wait...

It is another bill collection period and they've brought light last night. Thus, we are expecting bills between 17th - 23rd before it goes down again.

15 - 19hrs here in Offa, Kwara State

Omo Olofamojo, my personal person. Offa has always been good with light. I did my ND in Offa over 20 years ago and that period is the period I enjoyed most in my life. You stop a running taxt and the taxi driver will reverse and come and pick you. In Lagos, I have been running after buses since Primary One, you run and jump inside the bus, no stopping, no waiting.
