But, why is it not possible to upload a decent sized photo tho? I don't understand how this Nairaland User-Interface works o. So it is the smallest kilobyte that I was allowed to upload and I don't get why. Anyways, hope some of u can see it..Not me fault.

See this oat flour, it's a very good binder.

If u have anyone suffering from diabetics and always want to swallow, u use the flour to make swallow of any kind for the person.
E.g, u can get unripe Pawpaw, peel and cook. Microwave a little oat flour that u added small water and pound with the cooked unripe Pawpaw and correct swallow is formed.

Any vegetable or fruit as long as it has low sugar can be combined.
During the season of anyù( pumpkin), even cabbage, so many of those fruits that are wasting in fruit markets cos they are unripe, so perfect.
