Minsk24: You guys and your emotional rubbish. The guy that created this thread in the first place is an Igbo. Why should an Igbo be more concerned with the SW than what is happening in their SE? You should rather advice your fellow Igbo folks to stop bringing shame to the ibos by opening useless threads. 2 Likes |

You throw all manners of curses and abuses on us everyday on nairaland and you are using style to divert by calling us partners, is not betrayals you have been calling us all this years? Minsk24: I will be happy when Abia is liberated from the fangs of PDP that have held it hostage since 1999. Lagos is the better state in Nigeria, it is only a foolish man that will change what is working. However Abia and the SE as a whole need liberation front their eternal slavery to PDP. Ask yourself, what have the Igbos gained from the PDP? Isn’t it time to get liberty from PDP? 1 Like |

Lagos and SW are the most important economic hotbeds of Nigeria... Their matter concerns everyone just as USA matter concern the whole world... You can't be benefitting from massive immigration and not expect other people to chuk mouth for dy matter that concerns the land... Its just like the nonsense Trump is doing by trying to make America white again after massively reaping the benefits of immigration, it will never work. Igbos and other nationalities have come to stay in the SW... They offer value and contribute positively to the economy... You can't tell them to shut up... Its not done... The land and authority belongs to the yorubas, so why should you feel threatened by Igbos in your own land... It doesn't make sense at all.... The truth be say we Nigerians are very hateful in our hearts towards each other same with the igbos... We all want our homogeneity but scared to face the fact that we must work with each other amicably to survive.... |

Goke7:Chai, so because of tribal sentiment, you are blinded to see that BAT and APC have done more harm than good... Chai... No hope for this country... Same thing with any igbo that would open mouth to support OUK... No hope for Nigeria.... Imagine talk... Asking if Lagos needs to be liberated... |

Philipponzaghi: Yes we all know that Abia and SE needs redemption.. But does it change the fact that Lagos needs same? Except you approve of APC and BAT's leadership of Lagos... |

Minsk24:Guy Trump though am not his fan will likely be reelected and you know what along with uk brexit it's gonna birth a new era of political correctness where everybody will be answering their Papa name whether they like it or not. That's what has happened in Edo where the binis stood by their own son of the soil. You guys have taken our so called nationalistic posture for granted. You insult our heroes, call us unprintable names and even tell us to our faces right on our land. Guy it must surely have consequences and it's glaring to all that we cannot fully trust you guys go to sleep and you will not harm us. We are not benefitting from any migration rubbish, we are not fooled, if not for nigerian constitution, Lagos state already has some policies that will check you guys and put you in your rightful place. We have started with Amotekun despite all the hue and cry. It will not stop there, we will move on and start protecting ourselves economically. Our Sw governors are the just the ones that are slow but seriously the Trump era had shown that the era and world of freebies under the guise of migration are over. Agitations are also in europe presently over migrant issues so it's becoming a global thing. The solution is simple bruv, develop your own place and be self reliant, yes there will be reason to transact business across borders but will be interest based. Even Ghana our west african neighbors is playing same script despite Ecowas policy 2 Likes |

Minsk24: I approve of APC and BAT leadership of Lagos and it will only be more stupid of the Yorubas to change a working formulae in Lagos. With APC and BAT since 1999, Lagos has been growing with the highest GDP, IGR, industry, IT, commerce, trading, real estate, Startups, FinTech, and etc. Only foolish people change a working system for something they are not yet sure of. So if Lagos need liberation then we should vote PDP with the likes of Bode George and Agbaje? Are those the redemption? Or you imply we should go and call Ikpeazu to come and rule Lagos or the bigot Peter Obi? 1 Like |

If you're telling us Lagos should be free, please state why Lagos should be free. What are the indices you've used to conclude that Lagos is not developing at the rate it's supposed to develop with respect to it's population, landmass, revenue etc. You can not say because you hate the face of Tinubu, you'll vote out Sanwoolu despite his performance just to spite Tinubu. This shouldn't be so. 1 Like |

Goke7:Apt!!! But make no mistake bro, there are many Yoruba folks on Twitter who actually fall for their gimmicks and join them in saying trash about their own tribe, all in the name of being politically correct. I challenged one today, the outsiders cry that one single party has been ruling Lagos since 1999 yet their own states like enugu, ebonyi, Abia have also been ruled by a single party since 1999 yet they don't talk about that, they obviously aren't interested, but if it's Lagos, they quickly get erection and start masturbating when pdp hasn't any ruled their states better. Trust me bro, we really have a lot of work to do in re-orienting our people, they need to understand that these folks arent attacking Bat cos of good governance, it's and anti-Yoruba movement and it must be countered vehemently, when the chips are down they(Yorubas supporting them) will become afonja, ofe nmanu, betrayal bla bla bla. 16 Likes 1 Share |

Barbilius: I saw beyond their lies long ago, there is a serious anti yoruba agenda by these fellas by firstly dividing us along religious lines to penetrate us. They also always come up with all sorts of narratives to paint what is not. For example we have no business with the edo election as yorubas but they have seen it as an opportunity to come up with silly narratives We must be very careful not to allow our heritage to be destroyed all in the name of political correctness. 1 Like |

Goke7:These folks are very stupid people. They are always jumping into political issues of others meanwhile they have the most boring elections in the country, wait till time comes for elections in their region, it is always drab and uninteresting. Heck, there was a time these folks were even discussing our religious issues, saying some Yorubas from kwara are extremists and things like that, I was like, why should this fuccking outsiders who we share nothing in common with, neither do we share land borders with them be bothered about our affairs? When in reality, we don't give a fuccking fly about whatever happens in their region... We really need to put these folks where they belong, seems we have been too cold and they think they can step beyond their boundary. I just pity the Yorubas supporting them in the name of political correctness, they have to realize these folks have grand hatred for you or anything you represent. 16 Likes 1 Share |

seunmsg:Don't over rate Lagos. Lagos was a Federal capital territory. Enjoyed a lot of colonial influence, schools, hospitals, tax system, etc. It baffle me when people compare Lagos to some other state. Majority of the developed areas in Lagos had one time enjoy Federal presence. That's just the truth. 1 Like |

Goke7: Oga I don’t call people names , Lagos is a state in Nigeria , that word accommodating people is very wrong. Dawg Lagos is the only state in yorouba land that make sense and it’s a collective effort , I served in ekiti, I reside in lag , I have been and stayed in almost all south west states , believe me other southwest states are nothing to write home about |
