I had 251 in jamb, O level, 2 A1, 1 B3 and 2 C5......any hope? cry

You have a fair chance. The quota for MBBS in EKSU is 50 though they admit more than that. They graduated their first set of medical doctors last year. The school fee is a bit expensive.

Dream here, hello everyone. I am a new member at NL thread.

Does anyone know the previous number of students that was admitted as of the 2019/20 academic session for the university of Uyo, Medicine and Surgery?
The average cutoff mark for past years, their criteria for offering admission and an example of
a scenario where the criteria is being met to boot?

This is to inform all fresh and returning students of Delta State Polytechnic Otefe-Oghara that the tentative resumption date for the completion of 2019/2020 session is September 21st 2020.

Government sources said that the date had been tentatively agreed....... Read more via the link below>

It's better you start with Keith Moore for now, probably towards your MB, you can use Last Anatomy for revision purposes.
Using Last Anatomy' for a start may predispose you to brain percussion.
Exactly why Keith Moore is the best. It explains the concepts in a way that you’ll understand easily. But reading complex texts like last will make you feel like it’s hard.
Last is great after you’ve learnt anatomy and not for first learning.
Meanwhile you can download the pdf free version of Keith Moore through this link:

If you are a medical student and you are in any medical school outside oyo state. If you are interested in the business of supplying and selling medical books (preclinicals and clinicals) and medical equipments like BP machines, stethoscopes, dissecting sets, patella hammers, pen torches, gloves, nose mask in your respective med schools.

Uniuyo has a quota of 50 for Medsurg but they might admit slightly higher than that.

If you had up to 300+, to be on the safe side then you are good to go.

You just need credit and above in your core subjects and a jamb score like the one stated above.

Although last year people got admitted with 290+, I don’t know how this year might be with scores I have seen so far.

This year admission will be somewhat tight oo, as schools won't admit more than their giving quota especially medical courses, jamb withdrawed the right to edit the quota of some schools because, they admitted way more than the quota and if those schools admit more than the quota again this year especially into all these professional courses the school will lose accreditation for those courses......

Now that the Registration for OAU’s 2019/2020 Post-UTME Registration is About to Start
The long-awaited OAU Post-UTME is here and it feels really good with every one of us in the academic businesses, just as it should feel good with the candidates that will be sitting for the exam too. To us, it means we will have to go back to work after several months of being out of work, and for the candidates, it should mean, well, mid next year is still feasible for their resumption when they are admitted for the 2019/2020 session. It'll be better you transfer to a state University such as Uniosun, UNIMED, lautech and so on cos most Federal Universities do overuse their carrying capacity. And I doubt if Federal universities accept transfer into year 3, cos most transfer students are usually accepted in year 2

Like I said earlier, “I don’t know how this year would be”.

If you had more than 310 in Jamb, then there is nothing to worry about just pray.
