I used to weigh 59kg when I was 17 but now I weigh 69kg.

I think you should go to pharmacy for cyproheptadine or cyprigold, this helped me gain weight after I used it for few months.

You need body fat to get muscles, I suppose, so use the supplement above to get some fat and exercise to convert to muscles.

And eat more veggies, drink water in moderation and hit the gym
Using drugs to get fat also weakens the bone
