it's a Tecno purvoir air 3.
whenever I'm on call the screen light will go off and the phone totally black so I can't end calls.
if I want to just flash someone, the phone will go black hence can't press the end call and my airtime will be gone as soon as the person picks it. I can't even record calls nor dial digits when I'm on calls.
Please guys help me out cos I have gone through settings but I can't seem where to find it so I can switch off the feature cos it's so annoying.

I'm a die hard transsion user but things like this makes me have a rethink about the opinions of skywalker240 sunshinev and other xiaomi fans

it a software bug.
it either you recently updated your system software. which u have to check if they have rolled out a new one to fix that and other issues.

or better still. go to your setting and set your power Button to end calls.

yeah I updated it yesterday.
wow thanks a lot, the power button end call function just worked though I can't record calls any longer.

u can set it to auto record.
open your dialler .press those three 3 dot on the top right of Ur screen. u will find auto record there

got mine at 28,000 naira and I bought it cos my previous phone was giving me hell

Oga peel off your screen protector is covering your proximity sensor

open your dialler .press those three 3 dot on the top right of Ur screen. u will find auto record there
