I really don't know how to start with this write up as I'm completely confused about life and may drift into depression( i pray it never to get to this stage). Pls ignore all the errors in this piece as i ain't typing with the right frame of mind.
To start with, i lost my parents when i was 8. So i grew up partly with my grandmum and my brothers. We were just 3 boys and I'm the last born in the family. Well, life wasn't that cool as at then but atleast i have my eldest brother as my benefactor. However, shortly after my high school in 2010, i lost my two older brothers and my grandmum within a space of 3 months. At this point, i was devastated and worried. I just didn't know who to trust cus what was happening seems weird to me. Consequently , i decided to leave the south for the north just to continue my university education and cut off from any family link, be it uncle or aunty.
Life wasn't easy though, but i have always trusted in God. I got admission into one of the schools in north central and shortly after, i got a scholarship with shell. I must say with all amount of humility that i was academically bright. Coupled with the fact that I'm equally very good looking, i was able to make cool friends especially the female ones who stood by me.
One scenario that still give me goosebumps till date is how i manage to stay in my off-campus apartment during holiday periods especially when all my coursemates and friends travelled home for holiday. It was usually crazy as I'd be left all alone in the compound. This is the period i miss my family the most.
To cut the long story short, i graduated early 2019 and i just rounded up with national service like two months ago.The unexpected in my life happened shortly after this.. Reason why i have to put up this write up cus i need all the advices and inspirations i can get at this stage.
Firstly, after my nysc, my landlady who has been so nice all these whiles threatened to give me Quit notice in the midst of the lockdown. Although my rent was due and i was owing her some balances from previous rent. I actually understand her anger but doing that in the midst of the pandemic was surprising. I mean the world was in chaos.Also, while i was doing my nysc, i took time out to learn forex trading. I knew job might not come immediately considering the situation of things in the country. And there is this friend of mine based in Norway who was ready to lend me money to fund my forex account as soon as I'm done with national service. Because of this landlady issue, i had to message him to remind him about the money.Mind u, this is one person who is always checking up on me and was even begging me to take the forex business seriously cus he was ready to invest any amount just so i can stand on my own cus jobs might be hard to come by now. Surprisingly, he wasn't responding to my calls or messages. I got worried at this point. Finally, i didn't know the third and the biggest one was coming. My girlfriend of almost 3 years who have been there for me all these years dropped a bombshell, after we had one of those couples quarells, that she wasn't interested in the relationship again. I mean this is someone who cares so much abt me and is always crying and begging me to come marry her. Cus of her, had to do away with other girls while in school just to focus on her cus my good looks was making her insecure in some ways. Although as a playboy then, i have hurt her in some ways. But i was surprised she kept bringing issues that happened during the first one-half years of our relationship as excuse why she wanna back out. When i noticed shit was getting to me, i had to begged her and even when she try to forgive and continue, another issue will pop up again. There and then, i knew this was a lost cause. I mean i have lived and stayed strong all these years without my parents and brothers, why was all these happening to me within a space of one month( august to be precised) when i thought i have conquered and was ready for a better phase of my life.
For the first time in my life, i understand why some persons commit suicide and i know how dangerous depression is as i was gradually drifting into one. At night, i will wish i had a family that i can run to just to cool off my brain. I missed my family so much right now. I'm just confused about life right now. I don't even know how to start or if i should continue pushing cus nothing make sense to me again. Coupled with fact that i ain't working, at times i could go a day without eating. And this my girl was my backbone before now. She is everything a man will look for in a woman, in my own case, she was the sister i never had, the mum and the family i have lost. Even with my bad attitude, she was always there. But now, i don't understand what is going on. I'm writing this because i need all the encouragement and inspiration i can get right now. Staying all alone in my room, not knowing when I'm gonna get kicked out of this house cus of rent and then i keep thinking if it happens, where and who do i run to?. Please, i need your advices. I can't go back to the south as the trauma of loosing my family there wouldn't help. I'm just confused! Totally confused about life at this stage. I pray i don't drift into depression.

You should be Thankful to God for being alive.

All the challenges people face in our world today has happened before and recorded in the bible but God helped those who were obedient to his word and trusted him. God sometimes put our faith to test through trials and temptations. If you pass the test you get promoted in the spirit and receive his blessings. Job is a good example in bible. While in other cases, people suffer in this world because of their sins. I tell you it’s better we temporarily experience problems on earth to enable us retrace our steps than die without repentance and spend eternity in hell. Unfortunately, people who couldn’t endure in their suffering decided to toe the path of darkness. They turned out to be armed robbers, assassins, prostitutes, fraudsters, occultists, child and drug traffickers, fake MOG etc. It will take the grace of God for these people to be saved.

In the end, irrespective of the cause and nature of our suffering, it is to strengthen and draw us closer to God so that we shall align with God’s will. The word of God says “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”(Matthew‬ ‭6:33-34‬).

First of all, you need to be steadfast in prayer and obedient to his word. The word of God says “I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.”
‭‭(Revelation‬ ‭3:8‬).

Before you sleep at night, always reflect on your day. Confess any known sin then ask God for his mercy. Satan and his demons will have nothing on you.

Go back home and reconnect with your family and friends. They will offer you support and words of encouragement till things improve. Occasionally, in the weekend, find a decent place to hang out with them to unwind.

You can sign up on LinkedIn and connect with professionals. Continue searching for jobs online and be prepared for test and interviews.

Don’t let anyone discourage you from seeking white-collar jobs. People still get such jobs on merit in this country. I had to wait 4 years before i got mine.

Stop obsessing over suicidal thoughts in your mind, they are not yours but the devil's. It is a one-way ticket to hell.

If you humble yourself and submit your will to God, he will guide your steps.
I tell you, if you desire a loyal, respectful and submissive life partner, talk to God about it.
Pray to God about the kind of job you need.
He will reveal his intentions for you and position you in the right place at the right time.
The word of God says “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”‭‭(Proverbs‬ ‭3:5-6‬).
Prayer-> bible study-> obedience-> hard work.

Oh.... people of God, help me thank the Father of our Lord Jesus and the Giver of life for sparing my life yesterday. I was involved in an accident yesterday and I thank God that though our bus was damaged no lives were lost and all of us came out of the damaged bus unhurt.

Hi guys. Bumped into this thread a few weeks ago, and I've read the pages up to page 65. I must say it has been really insightful and spiritually enlightening. I have one issue though. I have been struggling with masturbation and porn for a few years now. I always feel remorse, delete everything and go back to God anytime I commit this sin. but I continue to relapse back into it. I notice however, that anytime my will is very strong and I stay clean for some weeks, I get a wet dream. this continued until one night(early this year) when I declared warfare prayers, and then I dreamt a dream about a small girl with a weird cartoon-like face, that was tied up in chains close to my house. ever since then I have never had an ejaculate in my sleep. But last night, it happened again. I also have issues remembering my dreams but I recall vividly that those times I ejaculate in my sleep, it usually came after I had an erotic dream. I really do want to serve God, but this stuff has made me spiritually stagnant for this past few years. please I need your contributions and support. Thanks

I did midnight prayers and in the afternoon, I was asleep and fell in a trance where I saw a man in my room, he was dark in complexion, tall and wearing a short red knicker, he didnt face me at all, I only saw his back, he was in my room for few minutes and funny enough my room was locked, When I was younger maybe 12/13 years, I fought a demon
in my dream, I kill it and burnt it, then that same year, I saw a man in my room, he was wearing a blue shirt, staring at me and something was pressing me, I couldnt scream, I lost my voice, the other girl in the same room with me was fast asleep, I tried waking her up but she didnt wake up, I couldn't call her name, I was calling her name inside my mind so she didn't hear me, I shouted Jesus and the thing left.

Now that I am an adult, I was in a trance
and I saw a hand stretching out from the wall to my bed but I didnt take the hand. One night, I was sleeping, something woke me up at midnight , I saw myself in a trance, praying seriously and I later woke up seriously sweating. I was in a dream one day, I saw a female demon, it had a normal human body and face, I handed a baby I was carrying to this demon, I told the demon that the baby is not my child, this demon was walking and its feet were not balanced on the ground rather the feet was on an upright position like those ballet dancers, I started looking at the feet and immediately the demon noticed that I have seen the feet, it changed it to a normal feet. I woke up. I was in a dream last month, a big demon forced himself on me, I woke up, that same day, I fell sick, I was vomiting anything I eat and purging, after some days, when I got some strength, I prayed hard and the sickness left me.

I also have the gift of dream revelation, when something wants to happen to my relatives or my family, I dream of it, I dreamt of my aunt's miscarriage even when nobody told me she had a miscarriage, I dreamt when I got posted to my nysc, it was the same state I got posted to in my dream. I also dreamt when my uncle was critically ill and nobody told me then cause I was in school, I called my dad and told him my dream, he said my uncle is indeed ill.

There was a day I finished a midnight prayer, I dreamt where I was in a place and a man was blocking me from passing a door, I fought him and threw him out, then I passed the door. His fellow witches heard it and pursued me to my father's house in the village, and the wizard sent his familiar spirit which is in form of an animal to fight me, he sat in the palour while I and the familiar spirit was seriously fighting in the room, the familiar spirit was hanging in the air fighting me while I was standing up fighting it with God's words, at a point, the familiar spirit fell down and died, it shed serious blood, I wrapped it in a black cloth and went to the palour where the male witch was seating and he told me that he will be back, that I have killed number 6 hundred and something, I can't remember the exact number.

Today's midnight was the first time I prayed in tongues and my feet was vibrating as I was praying in tongue, I felt a presence in my room.

I urge you to move closer to God than you are now. You have a special grace upon your life. And when you get closer to God, in prayers and reading His word, and doing His will, then tou will begin to work in the prophetic areas He has ordained for your life.

Your experiences are not to be taken for granted. It is a manifestation of God's gift to His children, to you.

Harness that gift by seeking God even more than you seek Him now. He will show you the particular area He has called you into (I believe it's most likely in the area of warfare/deliverance).

Don’t feel discouraged by what is happening to you. Believe me, you are winning the battle. You need to be patient for your soul to be completely healed.

The mind of your soul was deeply corrupted with sexual images from pornography overtime.
Consequently, you had wet dreams and engaged in masturbation.

The devil detected your weakness & oppressed you with sexual thoughts in your mind to keep you in that sin. Your will wasn’t strong enough because the mind and emotion of your soul was under spiritual oppression. That is why you kept going back and forth.

The complete deliverance of your soul from this bondage is a gradual process. Some fragments of your soul still contain these sexual images which is why you keep having wet dreams.
The sexual images has to be completely purged out from your soul with continuous prayers and renewing your mind with the word of God.

The most important thing is to quit masturbation
and pornography which I believe you have.
Starve the demons and allow God heal the mind of your soul. I can assure you that the wet dreams will stop.

I had a dream this very morning. Maybe at about 4am.
I was in a place where people were held in bondage, it was like an organization. No one could walk freely & No one could leave the place. People I didn't know & cudn't recognize were there.. So many people dressed like corporate businessmen & women..
Some of the details in the dream, I can't remember clearly.

Everyone was in fear because of one man. This man was like a boss who was an oppressor & he oppressed everyone there. He was like a strongman. Nobody had the courage or audacity to question him or challenge him.
Only I came out later & wrestled with him. I defeated him and then everyone was free.
Everyone was happy and they could walk freely about & go home.

Everyone started thanking me for being instrumental to their freedom. They were all so happy.

I believe this may be connected to this thread in a way.. because I see many people here being free by just listening to people's testimonies and believing in the finished works of Jesus Christ in their lives.

After a midnight prayer, I had a similar dream where some women were in a hotel, they were caged and fed daily, the ladies were scared, it was like a prison, I went to the place, the gateman unlocked the gate for me and I was able to free some girls. Then took them to my house and I woke up.

After a midnight prayer, I had a similar dream where some women were in a hotel, they were caged and fed daily, the ladies were scared, it was like a prison, I went to the place, the gateman unlocked the gate for me and I was able to free some girls. Then took them to my house and I woke up.

in my dream, I kill it and burnt it, then that same year, I saw a man in my room, he was wearing a blue shirt, staring at me and something was pressing me, I couldnt scream, I lost my voice, the other girl in the same room with me was fast asleep, I tried waking her up but she didnt wake up, I couldn't call her name, I was calling her name inside my mind so she didn't hear me, I shouted Jesus and the thing left.

Now that I am an adult, I was in a trance
and I saw a hand stretching out from the wall to my bed but I didnt take the hand. One night, I was sleeping, something woke me up at midnight , I saw myself in a trance, praying seriously and I later woke up seriously sweating. I was in a dream one day, I saw a female demon, it had a normal human body and face, I handed a baby I was carrying to this demon, I told the demon that the baby is not my child, this demon was walking and its feet were not balanced on the ground rather the feet was on an upright position like those ballet dancers, I started looking at the feet and immediately the demon noticed that I have seen the feet, it changed it to a normal feet. I woke up. I was in a dream last month, a big demon forced himself on me, I woke up, that same day, I fell sick, I was vomiting anything I eat and purging, after some days, when I got some strength, I prayed hard and the sickness left me.

I also have the gift of dream revelation, when something wants to happen to my relatives or my family, I dream of it, I dreamt of my aunt's miscarriage even when nobody told me she had a miscarriage, I dreamt when I got posted to my nysc, it was the same state I got posted to in my dream. I also dreamt when my uncle was critically ill and nobody told me then cause I was in school, I called my dad and told him my dream, he said my uncle is indeed ill.

There was a day I finished a midnight prayer, I dreamt where I was in a place and a man was blocking me from passing a door, I fought him and threw him out, then I passed the door. His fellow witches heard it and pursued me to my father's house in the village, and the wizard sent his familiar spirit which is in form of an animal to fight me, he sat in the palour while I and the familiar spirit was seriously fighting in the room, the familiar spirit was hanging in the air fighting me while I was standing up fighting it with God's words, at a point, the familiar spirit fell down and died, it shed serious blood, I wrapped it in a black cloth and went to the palour where the male witch was seating and he told me that he will be back, that I have killed number 6 hundred and something, I can't remember the exact number.

Today's midnight was the first time I prayed in tongues and my feet was vibrating as I was praying in tongue, I felt a presence in my room.
