I was in FCSC, on Friday in Director of recruitment's office wer every APL passes through and they told me nothing is happening infact perhaps that they are weeding people off with fake appointment letters. The bill was rejected by President Buhari because the petroleum comission comprised of dpr and ppra was demanding 10% of all oil revenue.
