My tummy refused to remain flat undecided

lost some inches though but I'm not satisfied
I see girls with tummy bigger than mine wearing crop tops grin

and I wish I had their confidence wink

I over think things too much, create scenarios in my head and it keeps me up at night.

U are just a shy person, introverts are not shy people, they just get tired even before the show start. Talking bores them, hanging out seems like a burden, partying is too alien and noisy for them.

Even around best friends, introverts are always quiet, My neighbour and a good friend always ask me why am I always depressed, I just smiled and told her I am not depressed, I just want to remain quiet and discuss with my inner self, it took her time to understand I am an introvert then she began to let me be most times, she always try to come cheer me up thinking I'm depressed but I wasn't, I'm just quiet.

I totally understand ma'am. Do what you can. It's possible to get a flat tummy being chubby and yes it's sexy but don't over work or starve yourself in the process. There's always someone who would like you exactly the way you are. Most chubby girls are attractive with or without a flat tummy

I don't like the fact that i'm so easygoing.
I can't bear a grudge for a long time. No matter how upset i am, if you just smile one mumu smile.. That's it. The vexation don vanish.
. I'm broke. You can't be broke and jobless and still like yourself.
that i'm not tall. I'm a short girl.. I always wanted to join the military but my height discouraged me. Though i've seen people who are in the military with my height but ... God dey.

You should eat natural food which is directly comes from the nature. You have to do daily excercise for 1 hr like: walk , yoga, and any specific excercise for belly fat reduce
