Oh my love for this Nsukka delicacy..

A mixture of ugwu leaf,saint leaf,curry leaf,water leaf and egusi. The taste is on another level and yes the palm oil was actually bleached.

The last thing I can eat in the morning is fruit. I can only eat fruit with oat flakes, if any in the morning.
I am not a breakfast person anyway. I prefer to brunch.

Fishing. Camping. Fruit. Fresh home-made food.

You live a healthy life.

By the time winter returns, Fruits might be after lunch or dinner cheesy
