I would make more if I had pushed with building an affiliate marketing website on it, however, I needed the money for something important.

The buyer, A Nairalander will definitely build one of the best affiliate marketing sewing website on it.

I also have other domains that makes money from bodis but not up to $100.

With the name, to me he can make more from it. If he builds it like instructables//king,
and if its a blog, with proper keywords and good affiliate manager, he can earn more with it.

You have just proven to be a newbie. First of all, before you underate any domain name, do a small research about it. Look beyond the name, how many letters and research about it.
