1. Until you go six months straight or more without a sale and you keep on learning and buying good domains without being demoralized, then that's when I would say you've taken this income source as a real business. But you have few 10s of unsold domains and you are already contemplating if this biz is viable or not, then you need to move on to the next available biz.

2. You need to have other biz you're running to avoid clamorous situations when there is what we call "sales drought". This other biz will cushion the effect of "no sales" for a long period of time.

I have forgotten the remaining points I wanna make... maybe later..

This domain was my seventh domain. I almost used my last money on me to purchase this domain. Two days after i purchased this domain. Men come see money drought could load small 100 bucks recharge card. I was broke and impatient so i started outbounding i was still sending mails to contact forms only i havent sent mails to the emails i manually scrapped when this offer came via dan and also via my email. Though it was small but his approach was so pleasant to me and couple with man is so broke made me accept the offer.... My profound appreciation goes to boss iyke, ikhalifa, opistorincos (u be good guy he never stopped taking my calls) to boss awesomeduru am grateful..
