If history is anything to go by, the bigger the firm the bigger the temptation to commit fraud by CEO or employees. The fact that MBAs customer support is poor (unreturned calls and emails) makes me a bit jittery. I would rather go with lesser known firms that are still struggling to gain trust.

We have said it on this thread countless times that you should always contact the online crew though their emails before you start your investment online , so they'll follow you all through and assist you on any challenge you might encounter.

U are fortunate you have no challenge. Since you've succeded to deposit, just tap on invest and you are good to go.

send a mail to online@mbatrades.com, detailing this to them, they'll make it reflect and respond to you accordingly. May/may not be immediately though but they sure will respond.

Lekki or Ikeja? Right now you have to come into the branch to pick up and fill a new form so you can be migrated to the new product plans. Since you aren't in Lagos you can get a friend to do this for. They will have to come with all the necessary documentation namely
1) Passport Photo (Hard Copy which is attached to the new form)
2) A copy of valid utility bill from your address (bill must be within the last 6 months)
3) Copy of Valid Government approved ID
4) Copy of signed page of your previous contract
5) Copy of receipts (initial deposit and aall top ups if any)
6) A bank issued signed and stamped Copy of Bank Statement from when you initiated your transfer up to the receipt of your last ROI

Please make sure you go with copies o because branches don't often do photocopy of your documents. Neither do we print passport photos

Yes they need to work on this, that is why I prefer offline investment so I can deal with an account officer one on one and this has really helped me.
