How will MTN deduct from your bank acct without your consent or court permit, in any case when you didn't initiate any transaction through your bank ussd? You didnt buy the data through your bank app or your bank Ussd, they can't deduct from your bank acct.

The only thing they can do is to take the money when you recharge on that line and I even doubt that will happen
