I believe the emergency lane is on the right and it is not meant to be used as a traffic lane this making it safe for vehicles to stop there.

The guy was parked on that lane and the grass verge trying to figure out what to do before the other car ran into him.

Trust Nigeria drivers, they will use emergency lane as a normal driving lane, the same with driving through traffic lights on red...... Nigerians are not alone in that habit though, I had to really laugh hard when I saw the same in Turkey.

1. Your logistics goal must be to have 100% perfect orders and to do whatever it takes to correct any error.

2. Always use reliable logistics company for the delivery of fragile and breakable items.

The problem I see here is not the broken or glued appliance, the problem is how you handled the situation and your customer. Whatever he said will not fall on you as long as your are genuine. When u described him as Mr..... "Or whatever he called himself" shouldn't be your best choice of word when describing a customer no matter the situation. I would always apologize to buy customers irrespective of who is at fault, then work together in solving the problem. I see this everyday in my line of work and am sure I will see it tomorrow when I resume for work but knowing how to resolve it is the real deal.

Hi everyone,

I have issues with my plumbing system, there seem to be pressure issues in few of the rooms.

I was unfortunate with my choice of plumber. There is low pressure and no water at all coming in some part of the buildingm And then there are dampness and 'wet' walls in some areas. I have only called a plumber to check for leakage, which he claims he saw but the problem still persist.

Please, I will get a solution here, I need help guys. It's a new building. And i jst even painted.

What can I do?
