You were blaming the woman for something she has no control over (multiple births).

I am blaming both parties for conceiving in the first place when they know that they are not financially capable of taking care of the child.
Procreation is not for everyone.
If the couple does not have at least standing 3million naira in their account, they shouldn't bother giving birth, they should use condom or go for family planning.
Imagine the kind of suffering and child labor these innocent kids will be subjected to all because of their parents ignorance.
