Another important info is go to a lab for test, if you're negative (Hepatitis) please endeavour to take the vaccine if you've not taken one in the last 10yrs, it's about 3 injections spread across 3 months interval and won't cost more than N3000. The vaccine will cover you for 10years, it's very important because Hepatitis is a silent killer and it's very contagious, one might be infected by merely coming in contact with the sweat or secretion of an infected person. And to those people wey no dey use room 306 joke, its also sexually transmissible. 7 Likes 3 Shares |

Dannyhonda:It can be cured. The only problem is that the usual tests they do for such screening is antibody test. That test will remain positive for life, even after the cure. Army will not waste time or money to do the more specific viral load tests. What it means is that he will always be flagged for hepatitis even after he has been treated and cured. 4 Likes |

Lydiason:What you need is a viral load test, not the usual tests done in regular hospitals. This routine test you're doing, and which they also do at military screenings, will ALWAYS be positive for life. Even after your cure it will remain positive. Sad, but true. 3 Likes |

Postanalyser: But dey Doctor telling u to bring it to 120/90 is kinda wrong, dat an isolated distolic high blood pressure (Systolic is okay, but diastolic; systolic/diastolic). 90 (for d bottom which is diastolic) is hypertension. I guess he said dis, because u r reading showed dat u r in hypotension... Try anoda hospital, pls 3 Likes |

Thanks alot. I checked my bp today, it was 140/80. Na bp knock me out for ssc 46 oo. Then they said it was 160/90 but as soon as I leave NDA the next day I checked it was 120/80. I no just know why my BP no dey always stable. Tension dey always full my body once I wan check am. I dey chop this garlic oo but I no know why my mind dey cut during checking. All this one na packaging when them use run you street. Enter market meet Hausa traders them go load fresh ginger for you for a fraction of that price if you wan use am you just wash your thing enjoy. Me too I incorporate ginger and garlic in virtually all my meal, I have both the fresh and powdered ginger am a heavy tea drinker and ginger is one of the key ingredients. For more than 3yrs my BP have always being normal even when I'm down.[/quote] 4 Likes |

Baba no get joy at all, the man is not a preacher of love at all, he is a war, he is the fight he is the real indabooski. Okohvincent2:Runaway from salt for now and normalise eating garlic or use it to prepare your meals. Moringa seed/leaf is also very effective you can't get the powdered one and also incorporate it in your meal. You still have enough time to work on the BP. 1 Like |

What I do now to track my blood pressure is take my bp immediately after I go for my morning run and return. From the gym... I think you should try this as well.. so that the small jogging and inconvenience in nda won’t make it shock you 1 Like |
