Oh my love for this Nsukka delicacy..

A mixture of ugwu leaf, saint leaf, curry leaf, water leaf and egusi. The taste is on another level and yes the palm oil was actually bleached.
I'm so trying this by weekend! Yummy!

So I did a little food experiment with electric process food and wood/charcoal processed food and the latter had the best taste. Actually, I roasted fresh corns gotten from my farm on ; electric cooker and a charcoal burner and the result from the charcoal burner had aroma and taste, while that of the electric cooker had no aroma and negligible taste. This justifies why food in made with firewood is better than that made with gas or electric cooker. Party jollof is not party jollof if it's made without firewood. It's all chemistry. Wood gives off aromatic hydrocarbon during combustion, which in turn gives that nice aroma.

Pocohantas, any contribution?

Lol. Egg na full chicken na.
I remember how my mum used to tell us how egg is full chicken when there was no money to buy chicken during Christmas. She will serve us one big egg each and we'd eat our "full chicken" happily. God bless our parents
