ThatFairGuy1: Young man, no need to claim to be more legit than people in this place. For the first time in so many years the people are complaining in one accord against the tears caused on families by a brutal sect in the police force, you are talking of fraud... Don't they have ICPC, EFCC and all other anti fraud agencies? Was SARS or FSARS created to tame fraud? Blame the draconian policies of the govt that's sniffing life out of legit biz people whether online or otherwise.. We should learn to point out what's clear enough and say it as it is... Yes! Fraudsters are doing their thing, there are several ways to reduce and tame its menace, how many bullets enter the body of that boy they catch for Dubai and later extradited to the US? Has he not been frequent in Nigeria? Was SARS of FSARS blind then? Young ones usually are the ones to protest because they are defending many things for thier future.... I hope and pray such protests continues and morphed into many pending cries to address other fundamental issues that's bedeviled this entity called Nigeria... |

I expected such protest on more national burning issues; Ganduje stuffing dollars in babariga, that senator Abba that slapped some one in an indecent store, more transparency and accountability in governance, protesting fuel and electricity hike, Bullion vans entering burdillion in an.election period, mis appropriation of covid 19 feeding funds, lop sided appointment to the north of this administration, herds men marauding, state of security and never changing the incompetent service chiefs, not this that affects what percent of the population; Hope with this few points of mine I AV convinced you without doubt that ain't kemi is right...with out generalising the age bracket though |

ThatFairGuy1:Nigerians did not protest fuel subsidy removal because majority of those who could have led the protest understood the necessity of its removal. Likewise for electricity tariff subsidies. As for NASS and their devilish budget, they will have their day very soon. Something has to ignite the rage. Finally for SARS, the name 'SARS' and its very essence has totally been compromised. When the people meant to be protected are now more scared of their supposed protectors than criminals, then that calls for serious reevaluation; the 'reset button' has to be punched. No doubt the SARS guys are a nightmare to yahooboys and other fraudsters, but when the so called Anti-Robbery Squad now constitute themselves as broad daylight armed robbers, robbing and maiming both fraudsters and numerous law abiding citizens, it would be myopic and outright ignorant to think those calling for its total ban are sympathetic to fraudsters. You cannot reform pigs, beasts and degenerates, same way you can't reform boko haram terrorists. Only sad thing about SARS is that even if banned, the beastly personnel would be reabsorbed into the normal police force where they'd continue their robbery and terrorism. Hopefully you dont fall victim of the SPECIAL |
