But the IGP should have addressed them rather than brutalising them. Wisdom profiteth much. Maybe he thinks if he address them his rank will reduce.
The heart holds everything about man. If the heart is corrupt the whole being goes along with it and vice versa.
We need godly security force men, then there will be no need for a protest, especially if the people are also godly. GOD HELP US.
Dispersing the crowd with tear gas is brutalising? IGP should address them why?

If both parties don't handle this thing with care it will escalate into something else. If the government refuse to listen to the citizens and still allow SARS to operate freely the citizens will start taking laws into their hands, hence war will breakout. You people should tell Buhari, Osinbajo, IGP to be very careful because what is standing before them is very critical

angry Rubbish and Nigeria. They couldn't violently disperse Boko Haram, but would flex their power on defenseless citizens. Let's kip up the protest until General Buhari heeds to our demands.

IGBO MAN, why don't you join the pretest in the field, why are you hidding behind your keyboard while you instigate others?

Apparently, the protest is becoming a nuisance, as crisis profiteers are gradually taking it over.

I'm quite sure that if the protest lingers, the Military will be fully deployed, and a mild curfew would be enforced. Also some people would be used as scapegoats.

I find this comment highly distasteful. Who are the crisis profiteers? The protesters who have hitherto conducted themselves in a peaceful manner, or the police who employ brutish force on peaceful demonstrators?

All these later protests are excesses to me, during the course of the earlier protest the IGP already released statement to reform SARS then let's give them the chance and see the outcome.
Learn how to embrace constructive dialogue.
I still stand on my words, in this Nigerian situation I can never join any protest, I can't come and die young, there is no how u can end SARS if u die, I rather survive now with the hope to be in power one day and end it.

I was being nice, not anymore

Shut up just shut up, are you not in this same country?

Since 2014 they've been promising reform for years and nothing changed, why should we trust them now?
This is the fourth major protest against them and it's the last, they'll have to go once and for all

Can you imagine they killed a man, his family took Sars to court in 2013 according to the news I just finished watching on al jazeera and nothing was done to the officers even though the court gave an order and instead the man that lead the killing was promoted to head Sars

The Yahoo boys will.lead you all astray. Many are in the heart of this protest..don't trust their motives.the celebrities have profited from them too many times to condemn them.

A Yahoo boy is a born again greedy person. They can not be trusted.

They justify themselve by telling you it was the country. That will mean they were once good guys until the country made them sin. Attribution#. They were never good and can't be now. They know there intents. It's greed.

When they started making money they still did not leave. Why..?they were greedy and the door was shut. they are trapped in an endless circle of greed that brings about torment and purnishment. The few other deaths or maltreatment can be said to be those caught in the crossfire. Whoever God send to purnish them should not concern you. The soul that sinneth shall die one way or the other.

You can't rationalize the deed of sars. Say what you can..the banta is a lot deeper than rationality.its spiritual.

For the ones who innocently pass on I say rip. But go on sars. We know you following a saint trail

I was the first to say that if Politicians and
security agencies are nit careful, this will
develop into revolution.

Since the creation of Nigeria, has there been
Nationwide protests?

Cant you see the hand writing on the wall.

Its the VP is should have been the President,
he knows how to handle sensitive issues.
Buhari truly isnt fit to be President, if the
National Assembly refuse to save Nigeria by impeaching Buhari, then they may regret it.

Let there be stronger regions with a weak centre.

If Army ventures into this protests, Boko Haram will initiate all out attack on army bases in the Northern States which may dislodge the Nigerian military.
The Niger boys are gradually taking up arms, i
tell you with these protests and militancy and banditry, Nigerian govt will collapse, no excuse
for that as the govt also lacks support of the
masses. Its heading to doom...matter of time.

That's Nigerian situation for u, we are all in this mess, and if this so called protest is the answer why haven't the government yielded, must they wait for all these killing and injury which result from the protest. How do we justify those killed before and protesters killed now, they still won't get justice, they are just estimate.

Less than 40k troops are fighting insurgency out of abt 300k military officers!
