My brother who used to pay 8k in his shop saw a bill of 23k this month. Guy is considering relocating to Ibadan. Nigeria ain't getting any better

Tariff increase should only apply when the service is up to standard. We're just wicked in this country. Since I got my Prepaid meter, the Nepa boys that use to hail me for drinks now walk pass me without greetings.
