If it were to be federal, it would have been better. States that dont pay salary. Go for the banking job, work for a while, save enough money and set up yourself and your wife. Government jobs are for lazy people

For a family woman, with the option of a FG job, a bank job is a no go.

Be honest, you're an outsourced staff.
And not all bankers work on weekends.

The problem with Bank job is insecurity. The 200k can be truncated within a year while the ministry work will last till you're 60 years(job security and promotions). Choose the ministry as I am a victim of Bank Job.

My sister, being a family woman and for the sake of peace, go for the ministry job.

The pay might be low but trust me, it has the following advantage and more:

You have enough time for yourself and family.

You have time to develop strategy for side hustle that can even generate more than 200k monthly and still would not affect your job.

The job has security, pensionable and you can also grow with promotion on the job.

There will be times you would need time to consolidate on your side hustle or even have emergency stuff to attend to, the ministry job affords you that luxury.

See bank job....

The bank job is the exact opposite of what the government job offers.

You earn 200k monthly against 90k for ministry but.…...

That 200k, you must earn it by hardwork.

The bank has indirectly bought your entire time and attention for your family with that money.

Remember... your home is equally important!

Chances of having a side hustle is very minimal, even when you have, you will forever run it by proxy with very little or no time to supervise.

Tho, it's your choice but my own candid advice is you go for ministry job.

This is tricky. However, government job is more secured than a private job especially a bank job. If it were a federal government job it will be better but I will still go for the government job because it will give you enough time to pursue and build your career, there's work-life balance, and if you are in a state that doesn't like owing their workers, then you are good. You'll plenty of time to engage in other hustles that will bring in more income and plenty of time to take care of your home and children. Unlike the bank job where you'll work with so much pressure and tension and your job could be terminated anytime.
So these are your options. You'll have to choose between them.
