We are already rounding up on all works here. All final works are going on now and my workers are already in the site to do some final finish and then test all works before we depart.

I enjoyed working here in Owerri, special thanks to my clients for their love and support. For tolerating our excesses, for being there when we need them. God will continue to care and provide for them.

For all my workers, you are all great, some very committed workers, some not so committed, some crazy ones and some very funny ones, I respect you all. It's not easy doing what we did. We shall do this again soon, somewhere else.

Special thanks to you all of you that read our works here, thanks for the questions, the suggestions, and the encouragement. Oga mi Hajj Mufutau, I continue to remain loyal, I dont know how I can list all the names of all my friends here, but I appreciate each and every one of you. God will bless you all.

Is this the end of the thread

I was actually just joking oh . . . But if you truly do, that will be nice because people always complain about hygeine of the stuff they buy, and i was thinking they can as well plant their too because for real, who will eat the flower. But flower makes homes beautiful . . .Don't mind me jooooo

This soakaway system is about 13 foot long and 9 foot across, 12 feet deep, before we did the demarcation to get a septic tank and a soakaway pit. We were paid N450,000 for the whole works from digging, all materials and labor costs and for even the waste pipes which connects the units to the building. This amount was also managed to do the 13 inspection chambers in this house. By the time this work was completed, I had spent over N570,000 on the whole soakaway system plus piping and inspection chambers. Sometimes we lose money seriously in this business.

Part of the finish work we are doing in this house is to evacuate every debris, water and sand still left in the soakaway system or septic tank before we seal it and declare it ready to use.

Then we used cutters to cut into the tiles in each bathrooms to mount our medicine cabinets which are just over the wash hand basins. Our plan is to hang a mirror on the back of the medicine cabinet so it can have dual functions.
