Least I forget, Iwobi was good today! Our best player on the pitch... He was everywhere..
He and Simon have definitely improved!

I believe he would have performed better if he had a better midfield to support..
Has Subzero apologized for his constant bashing of Iwobi

. The Algeria are just disciplined in defence and in positional play and then counter attack when u slip nothing fantastic in them. Watching them against the Mexican, the best way to attack them is just two strikers that can attack the central defences spaces. Most time they double up to help the right and left backs which makes it difficult to attack them from the wings.

That's why I call Rohr a dunce.

He was beaten same way in the AFCON semis. He learnt nothing.

He has been in the camp for days this has shown I don't think the duo will be invited again it just a waste of spot am disappointed.

We have Etebo, Azeez and Ejaria taking their places, so...

Aina played in his last game for his club...if he is match rusty, what will u say about Musa who has reportedly been away from his club for the past few weeks?
What about Collins that hasn't played for his club this season?
Rohr is just doing nonsense.. that was how he kept playing a makeshift Shehu at RB until he was exposed at the world cup....

The dunce even took an injured Shehu to the Afcon.

because he almost dribbled everybody on d pitch means he can play grin grin?

dribbled everyone dribble grass come dribble himself join , they need to talk sense into his head ..no be secondary school boys day there .

everyone complaining about Chukwueze , anytime he is with the ball , 3 players were always on him ... he played so well today compared to the last match . Semi Ajayi was the worst player on the pitch . followed by the guy that played our left back , at a point he was jittery ....

I also mentioned Aina earlier to at least taste little action, make e no be say he come all the way from England to come service our bench, but, make no mistake, I still consider him crap, even our Dunce coach rates Awaziem higher.

I'm just mentioning Etebo as one of our options. Personal preferences - I'd pick Aribo or Azeez ahead of Etebo. I hate it when I see a midfielder holds on to the ball for far too long, losing possession in dangerous places.

Insults are not needed. I know a lot are passionate but let's tone down on the insults. I was not expecting wonders TODAY. We were a bit bellow AVERAGE to be honest.
Passing and crosses might be our undoing.
I felt Rohr needs to sort out his first eleven quickly. Tunisia are not on Algeria s level and it showed. If we play Algeria with our full team, I feel we might struggle as our passing is suspect.
We wasted this two friendlies in my opinion. Especially during this lockdown period.

That is because they know he would try to dribble and they dealt with him properly. His decision making is really suspect for a guy with so much potential.

I'm confident that Dessers will come good for club. I watched every of his games where he failed to score and he played well. Just that he missed chances.

Did you notice how he created that chance out of nothing, he backed into the defender and a hopeful long ball became a good pass.

He might be out of form, but I still believe he is our most complete striker.

I still haven't lost hope on him yet.

I saw that moment too, he showed some glimpse of what we should expect. Hopefully he gets back his form before next month games.

Komekn, do you know that Dessers has been opened about his desire to turn up for us even before the last world cup and he's only getting his debut about 3 years later?

lemme give you an indepth analysis of these players

1. Uzoho ( APOEL) plays in Cyprus which is rated 16 by UEFA league rating:- uzoho came to the limelight in 2017 after becoming the youngest foreign Goalkeeper in LA liga and he consistent over the years from his move from deportivo to Elche to anorthosis and now APOEL he has been playing continuously have never heard Uzoho been out for months without playing unless he is injured

2. Okoye (Sparta Rotterdam) plays in Netherlands which is rated 10 according to UEFA league ranking ...okoye is the most undermined player here and damn underrated who ever says Okoye was invited coz he was commenting of NFF post that person is a nonentity and he is BALNTANT liars coz Okoye earned his invitation and was merited
lemme give his synopsis He started in Bayern Leverkusen and moved to Fortuna in 2017 he came to the limelight whe he SINGLE HANDEDLY save his team from relegation( oberliga ) making 5 appearances with 4 clean sheet and conceding just a goal who ever follow regionaliga will tell you how difficult it is to concede a goal in 4 matches vonsidering the scoring spree in the league this was when rohr discovered him In the 2018/2019 season, he became the club regular goalkeeper. He finished the season with 15 appearances, conceding 25 goals and keeping 3 clean sheets. this stat is very impressive considering his age and exposure at that time now he is in Sparta Rotterdam pushing for a No.1 spot

3. okiki LASK playing in Austria Ranked 12 according to UEFA league ranking :- I have a kinda close link with him coz have been following him since age 8 during his days in Asko donau linz
he came to the limelight in 2017 when he broke into LASK junior he went on 46 game spree and went to wels having 8games on his belt now he is in LASK first team playing a UEFA Competition and he will soon be their first choice considering his performance in his last match

now compare these players with alampasu who has played a total sum of 6 games since December 30 2015 till date international match included
https://www.footballcritic.com/dele-alampasu/profile/65554
and played for ventspils which is currently 36 according to UEFA league ranking so my broda the trio has been consistent over the years and are playing right now in a better league than alampasu I understand you're a fan but his time will surely come

You are a bloody liar.

I love when a guy is new because if Ighalo had done all that and still missed like Dessers all would have broken loose. Let's hope he finds the back of the net for club and country

Total waste!

What do you call someone whose ineptitude soars to astronomical levels? A DUNCE!!

He seldom learns from his mistakes.

We'd definitely find it hard against the Algerians because he's tactically rigid.

You guys just keep bringing that "Misses" name up. Dude was total crap when he started out, misses everywhere, he wasn't prolific when compared to any of his predecessors.

It was like a boxing matchup. Possession, attacking and defending from both teams. They were just about equal and it showed in the scoreline.

For people criticizing rohr; it not easy like you guys thought they was huge mistake in the team selection we needed a CMF but didnt go to the friendly CMF we told the likes of onyeka could play makeshift CMF but fumbled so we had to improvise to a new formation we only tried out once in training and decided to go for it ...like I said Semi is the backbone of the formation thats why his mistake was glaring apko was started to dive to the middle and support ajayi while chuks track back at first it wasnt really working coz they were pressing hard and we needed to get hold of the possession to play our style. But we thank God we played partially well with our team maduka was fantabulous now youve seen why yakubu and alampasu is not needed
Overall we were average there are positives for the game so 4-1-4-1 is the official second formation of the team ...it worked very well we couldn't have done any better ....till we meet again in November friedden to y'all

As far as I am concerned, Okoye is not better until we see dem play. So, stop fooling yourself.

I would love to see an attacking front line of Ejuke, Osimhen and Chukwueze .

12large1:
Omo that ejuke guy sabi play o. The last time I saw someone that skillful for Nigeria was chukwueze and he is even a better dribbler than chukwueze. It will be great to see chukwueze on the right and ejuke on the left

Rohr shouldn't try and play Semi Ajayi in the DMF position during the upcoming qualifiers in November, Etebo would do a better job being that Ndidi is injured.
