Sorry about the refusal, talkin of the time frame for AR,i'll say it doesnt take long like before as i applied for administrativ review last two weeks and got response in 9 working days.
james1004:

Thank you for your reply. However, if I reapply, do you think that would solve the phone call brouhaha ? I have spent numerous sleepless nights just to prepare for the interview that I never got called for.

What if the next case worker can’t reach me again? I’m thinking of the AR so that we can address the phone call issue once and for all.

Still Open to suggestions , many thanks.

It takes like 2 to 3weeks I guess.
Got my conditional admission then had to fulfil the condition.
There's 50% scholarship, I applied but was able to get 5000 pounds discount.
I guess I didn't meet up for the 50%

Wow thanks ....can I PM you ,I already applied for January session and hoping to get admission from them soon

I don't think you can be discriminated against based on your age. I am older than you and am currently doing my Masters. All the best with your application.

Thanks for the encouragement. i used to hear once you are 26, visa officers, esp Canada VOs, will be looking at you one kind

Please I need your advice

Did biometric on 22nd of September IKEJA
Priority service
I had a phone interview on 29th of September
And I got decision mail on 1st of October

Since I got decision mail on 1st of October, I tracked it after a week, it was still at DMC,
So i decided to call ukvi after a week still at DMC and they told me they gonna escalate it

So today I got back my passport via DHL delivery, When I opened the package, it contained only my passport with absolutely nothing else in it, and not even a refusal letter was sent to my email (I checked my spam, main box, promotions etc.

@ThatEdoFemme Dont be afraid of your age. Applications is pretty straight forward so no fear. Truth is a lot of peeps applying here are actually older than that age and they have gotten their admissions and visa.

Response time is usually school dependent. I applied to some school towards ending of August, got response within a week from some and for others am yet to get a response. What course do you intend to study? Search out schools based on your preference; school ranking, course modules, tuition fees etc. and then apply, the beautiful thing about uk is that application is free. Some applications you can conclude in 10-15 mins if you have all your documents, others might take more than a day. Just dive in. If you have challenges or are confused at any point, ask questions here. There is most likely someone here that has applied to that school and that course that can assist.

thanks. im looking at Salfords logistics and supply chain, among other schools. Waiting for my PGD transcripts to complete my documents.

This is quite strange, you mean there was no visa, no letter and no rejection email? I'll advise you go back to the VAC(TLS) and make a formal complaint. I believe this would be resolved.

I would encourage everyone to check their passports before leaving TLS for any errors on names or passport number errors so it can be treated.

Greetings to everyone.

I'm a fleet supervisor in a transport company, I got a conditional offer from university of Bedfordshire, which is not far from london to study Msc in logistics and supply chain management. I initially planned for Westminister or Greenwich university which are in London (my sister lives there), but they don't have January intake. I'm contemplating on waiting for September entry but worried about the changes that might be introduced by UKVI for international students by then.

I made research about Bedfordshire but I'm still not satisfied. Someone also mentioned here earlier that logistics management courses don't really get job offers in UK.

Please I need your opinion/advice/criticism on this.

Na all of us be #EndSars. Whether we are leaving for the UK or remaining in Nigeria, the soul of this country needs to be salvaged and set on the right path.

Inbtw, there are alternate routes. Only the airport toll is blocked. Use airport road.

The protest is getting stronger and i suspect the airports themselves might be their next target.
Abuja airport road was completely blocked yesterday. Lagos airport access tollgate was also blocked.
I just managed to make it through Oshodi-Airport road yesterday evening to catch my BA flight to London.
My suggestion; leave very early. If you stay on the island, make sure you cross either Ikoyi toll or Lekki toll before 6am like I did.

I would go with the suggestion to reapply and in the new application state the reasons why you got rejected earlier especially if you are sure you never received a call from them and then if you can check if your phone number is correct also stating the reference number of the calls you made to ukvi trying to sort the issue. For me, this is the best option especially if you still have your bank statement as it is with the money in your account and then use priority service.

I believe this option is better as administrative review would take months before a resolution.

Pls check your phone number very well on the your application, cos if you gave a wrong phone number is your fault, otherwise do an administrative review.
