We bought and hung a dining room cabinet in the dining room.........

Also, we have fitted the kitchen faucet, and all other faucets in the house, we have even connected water into this house........

Note that we haven't washed this house, till we complete all small bits of work remaining.

Still checking, work is not entirely finished. We will still complete the electrical lighting fittings.

Whoever painted that staircase should be handed over to SARS immediately. He killed the whole vibe with overspray on the tiles.

Me thinks that is dust o, which will be cleaned after all work done. Mine was like that too until the project was completed. I hate artisans not cleaning-up after their work.

What you are saying doesn't even make sense. It's obvious is dust.

SARS! Lol grin

No, it's just paint stains in some places. One of the last jobs to be done in a new house is the washing of the house, that's when domestic cleaners are employed to use different types of tools, chemicals and detergent to smartly clean up all paint smudges, all dust and all manner of dirt from all surfaces including doors and windows, floor and wall tiles, kitchen and sanitary wares. That is when I expect the stairs to be expertly treated.
Welcome Sir.

Having built so many houses in the past, I have used Dulux, Berger, Intercolor, Sharon and Fynecoat paints. But of recent, because of lower cost and still a consistent quality, I use much of Sharon paints products these days.

I plan to use Vineyard white Matt paint for the ceilings, (made by Sharon paints) then Vineyard silk for the interior walls.

This is the last painting finish I completed this November 2019 with Sharon Vineyard paints, it was just wow!

Did you screed the wall?
