I don’t need proof. The fact that it happened under him is enough proof. A judicial panel of inquiry will investigate and unravel the truth. If he’s found complicit, he should be prosecuted. Prosecuting him doesn’t mean that he’s automatically guilty. He will have the chance to defend himself in court.
