Spyder,if you always give us a rough estimate(as you previously did)of what it will cost before embarking on each projects.It will surely motivate some of us trust me .

I always give cost estimates, this whole construction stages of this building is expected to cost about N21m. This amount includes a lot of other works apart from the building construction itself. For example, the cost of the fence, 2 soak away, water well, retaining wall, excavations with this equipment pictured above is inclusive of the cost.

You just talked about how water is a luxury in the first page sir.

I meant how hard it is to reach water in the soil given how hilly enugu is and it's ample coal deposit. I am asking is it the same throughout enugu or just some local government areas...

We have started the earthworks in this land..........

wow how deep is the well, the water is clean in that area. From what I can see, it doesn't look like a waterlog area.

This is not a waterlogged area, but we got water after just 9 feet. I know it will still dry up as the rains stop because this is just surface water, we will deepen the well in the dry season.

Work is ongoing here despite the situation in the country. We continue today, more pictures later.
