Another advice from me, and please take it to heart because I speak from years of experience.

6. What about the youthful vigor; dark hair, firm dick, firm facial skin and more. All are depleted; gray hair starts early, shrinked dick, sagged face, all affected. Why? Simply because most of this are made of protein, most of which have been depleted via masturbation, thus signals the body to channel more protein resources to produce more sperm (worse if you don't eat well with enough protein). Many will disagree, but it's personal opinion.
