When I look at how protesters have been treated in the USA, Thailand, Hong Kong, Argentina the list goes on I want to weep for my country Nigeria.

All our leaders can think of as solution is to crack down on protesters with soldiers and hire tugs to kill peaceful unarmed protesters. Shutting down cities and stars at this critical time is unlawful and undemocratic the killing of citizens ungodly.

The imposition of these restrictions is a sign of fear or defeat.

We must not relent in our quest for a better country and only us can shape that future.

Seeing the police and army protect and not arrest armed tugs only point to the fact that the government is the sponsors of this miscreants with no future.

Please I call on all protesters to always protest where and when it is safe the government is already caged and heading for doom.

RIP to our brothers and sisters who's lives had to be sacrificed for the liberation of our country you are martyrs.

"Hoodlums have hijacked the protest from us."
You said protest is the right of every Nigerian.
Hoodlums are Nigerians too.
They are protesting the way they know how.
Who are "us" you're referring to?
Did you define yourselves or those eligible to join the protest?
Was it not you calling everybody to join the struggle?
Sowore even called the police to join them in the revolution.
Hoodlums, who are also Nigerians with grievances now joined, and you said they hijacked it. What is hijack?
Did they stop you from doing your own protest?
Did they redefine what you want or change the 5 abi 17 points agenda?
Part of your own agenda is to release your own fellow protesters arrested.
Part of their own agenda is to release their friends that were in prison since (they also thought they were wrongly imprisoned, or no be only them be thieves).
You had no leader, fixed group or coordination, and you called everybody to join you. Hoodlums now joined you, and you said they hijacked it from you.

Please stop the joke.

Let's even assume they've seized control of your own protest, you cannot take back control from ordinary hoodlums, and you want to take control of Nigeria from Buhari and the army? Are you dreaming?

But your expression shows that you you're implicitly in support of it. Hope u know that most of these guys are criminals and are already attacking people and robbing homes. If it happens to you or ur relatives, don't cry foul o. We don't need chaos in Nigeria right now, the masses would suffer the most.

They said this is part of the revolution. So wonderful educated youths, please support the youths to destroy more government property. The FRSC, is the reason for mass unemployment and poverty. In fact, it was started by Tinubu's brother. These youths are going to give our children a better future. #endsars

Please this is an eyewitness account. Properties looted.

If you zoom the attached pix you will see someone carrying a bag on his head. The load is from the VIO office. My attention was drawn to him when I overheard him say that 'The load is from his tax money. Aside this guy, I also saw another guy with plasma TV looted from the same office.

Why did government fall into this mess? Govt should know that there's anger in the land. The right thing to do is to keep talking and begging the youth.

We are angry! The government over the years have spite on God's face by the way they are handling the affairs of this nation.

Only wisdom will solve this problem.

Governor of Lagos is not smart. He could have prevented the crisis from being escalated if protesters in lekki are given adequate security. That is what GSM is doing. Police are only going after troublemakers

It's not about speeches, about producing the okpolo eyes from wherever he ran to.

For your information, the only language that Nigerian politicians understands very well is violence. Majority of the people don't have anything to lose.
