Is there a way to get past the saltiness of Bacon?

I like bacons,but I am trying to avoid swollen legs and face as too much salt is not good for me.

Not really. I didn’t like it as first either. But combining it with other stuff minimizes the saltiness. Like if I’m using eggs, I may not salt the eggs. Some sweetness on the plate helps as well.
