It seems the club really believes in Shoretire but I think they are promoting him too fast. At 16 he should be playing Under-18 not under-23.

We have 18 yr olds playing for the under 18s why are they playing him at under-23 when he is only 16.
He is not ready physically in my opinion. He struggles to impose himself on the game.
