Don't plaster before you roof your house. Arrange to return the cements to your supplier and collect back your money Or let them bank the cement untill you need them. I prefer the later if they are me in suppliers and not road side supplier whose existence in business may not be reasonably guaranteed.

“My” split AC only recycles internal air. No external air is introduced.

This ought to be the same for ALL split system EVEN non split. My last non split in California took in fresh air inside my townhome.
