kingGerman1:Looking back, how did clearing our debt help Nigeria? Nigeria is still a developing country with little or no infrastructure. If those money they used to clear debts were rather invested in developing the nation like building power, rail, roads etc, Nigeria would have been better of for it now. Being in debt is not necessarily a bad thing. That's how big countries grew by taking loans from each other. Nobody will destroy Nigeria because we were in there debts. Meanwhile the country has gone back to borrowing again, showing that paying off the debts was not to the best interest of the country. We need the money. I don't think Ngozi made good decisions for Nigeria as a finance minister. There was also stories that she was paid in dollars as a super minister. So her services came at extra cost to the country |

GTkester:Rather than direct your venomous bile at the virulent racist named Donald Trump who is standing in her way (and who some of you seem to imagine must have been born in Anambra), you choose to vomit your hatred in the direction of people who have had nothing to do with the situation. What's worse is that 12 other tribalistic animals chose to give 'likes' to your contemptible bigotry! It's almost as if some of you want to be hated and despised by everyone else, so you can wallow in your self-pity and feelings of persecution all the more. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Zuorom:Rubbish! Have we not gone back to borrowing again? Nigeria needed all those money they paid back. If they were spent on infrastructures like power, rail, road, we would have been better by now. Paying off the debts did not help the country in any way. We are still a developing country. We need the money |

LikeAking: Oga, but she has refused to be a village champion. She rather an international champion. Na you pay her school fees? Does she owe you anything? Why do you want her to do your will, when you have never contributed anything to her life or her training? You want her to stay in her country and develop it, but you would rather vote Tinubu and his likes, giving an election situation than her. In this case she she doesn't need your support to get there. Quit hating on someone's success, rather advice your parents or other relatives to stay in your country and develop it. Abeg, What have you ever solved or contributed to your society. |
]Nigeria is a nation of illiterate and stupidity. What did she do for Nigeria in terms of development nothing what did she do for Africa in terms of development nothing. How can you have somebody for one of the most backward countries in the world trying to lead the wto please let her come and build our country before taking her illiteracy to other countries. You cannot destroy your country and you want to go and destroy another person's country. Nigerians are suffering from mass illiteracy[/quote Leave her,her stupidity is about to emerge. She has forgotten that before you lead WTO you must have past good records in your country. This woman got no record at all. All record is void Those supporting her just want to chop Inside her money. Come and build your country woman |

The truth is that if the consensus favours NOI as its looking obvious already YOO could be advised to step down and .the USA can either go with that decision or object at which point a vote will be called. Secondly, the other nations can prevail on USA to back the consensus.... At the end of the day, NOI will get the nod, that's all I can see regardless of the current rumoured USA support for YOO. There's no need coming here and making hateful or blind comments, all you need to do to understand the full dynamics is to google.....When you do you will find insightful articles on this from - The Economist - The Financial Times - The Wall Street Journal - Bloomberg Etc 1 Like |
