what do you mean. Almost all the countries voted against the US and that was the right thing to do at that stage. Voting against the US does not mean you are not a reliable partner. Most of the countries in Europe abstained, does that mean they are not reliable partners? The US wants a puppet that they will be able to control and she has proven herself not to be one.
