The Original Post/poster is trolling, but I am not.
Most Oyinbos, (British and americans especially British) get serious Skun-skun 4 head. They are very impatient and think they are smart but they are not. I too know and British people are like 5&6.

If you say they are goofy and lazy then I will understand. Most ppl doin the dirty work are foreigners. Nigerians are even the most impatient ppl I've ever known in the world. In terms of smartness I really don't think they have any competition on who's the smartest. They just live their life like a normal human being unless u want to cross their line then u will know how smart they can be.

It is possible because in the US you can get a booklet at the DMV (Division of Motor Vehicle) to study for your driving permit test before you can start to learn the actual road test, so you can take the booklet to the library to study.
