It will pass. These events in the past few weeks have really opened our eyes to alot.

Everywhere, tension seems to be on the decline, except in Oyigbo, where the army, prompted by the Governor, is routing recalcitrant elements the governor claims have been wreaking havoc in the state.

Now, it is no mystery the people at the recieving end of Wike's anger, what is indeed near mystery is the quietude from the East.

In addition, characters like Fani Kayode, Reno, Deji
and indeed Wadata Plaza, who pride themselves as the ultimate defenders of Ndigbi have been eerily silent!
Even Ohanaeze Ndigbo is quiet!

The reason behind this inactivity isnt far fetched, there is no way they can attack Wike without costing their preferred party some loses. In essense, they value the interest of party over and above the lives of Ndigbo. What then sets these crop of character apart from the devil himself?

This is an ongoing onslaught, yet, they dare not speak about it. They cant wait for it to pass over as though it never happened so they can carry on insulting the president, Tinubu and APC.

Ndigbo, use your tongue to count your teeth!
Whatever you say is inconsequential! You have no right to give an opinion on the matter. You are just are bald headed benue man who can never amount to anything in life. Even after the terrible revelations, u have the audacity to open ur wide mouth to mention APC? Why didn’t u surface on the forum during the protest? You are just a hungry dead beat that scavenges from the crumbs of APC criminals! It would have gladdened my heart if u were the police officer who was burnt or shot cos u deserve even worst.

it is a pity.

The public need to go and beg the police

You say endsar not kill police

But people are evil in this country and we go to churches daily.

If you can mediate, please help us tell the police too to stop preying on the innocent and actually catch real criminals.

They should stop torturing and framing innocents. It will be nice if they could stop killing us, too.

Thanks.

You people caused it yourself

You could have faced your policing work instead of extorting

but extortions happens in the civil services also, some of the protesters parents work there

This is a lame excuse. It only implies the only strategy used in policing is fear and intimidation. What happened to collaboration!

When there is no standard of professionalism in the way you do things, this is the result. Police need to be better. Police need to be professional. Police need to be proactive. Police need to be friendly. Police need to be non partisan. Police need to ensure and enforce justice. Police need to follow and uphold the rule of law. Police shouldn't be biased or treat suspects with prejudice.

The only time police need the use of force is when they are facing an armed opponent.

Which type of IG is this? 23 police and you're making noise.
You have killed more than 200 unarmed civilians.
Any atrocities committed by the people was cause by the police,
When people complain to, you always shield them.
You're turning this country to country that have been engulf with killings.people are now wiser than before.

Do the Right things for Nigeria to be good. So also the police and others should do the Right thing. If we all should do the Right things, Nigeria will go back to our good Nigeria. It is not about fasting and praying.

I really pity police officers if you see a video where a police officer was killed you'll cry for him ehhn. I can't say it serves them right bit I pity them though. But at least what happened has stopped their unnecessary searching of vehicles.

Nigerians are not fools. The protest was 100% peaceful until govt officials thought they could force the issue by employing hoodlums to attack protesters. Many protesters were injured in the process. Some lost their lives. While IG is crying foul about the protest, we saw hoodlums conveyed to attack protesters. Has anyone be arrested in that regard?

Final you launched a war time attack on people without ordinary catapult. And you expect them to go home and suck over it. How hard it is to do the right thing in this country?

how many police are in Nigeria? If they further turn the public away and paint themselves enemy of the people it will be around 100 boys armed with machete and molotov cocktail vs 1 policeman.
