This post Just came on the right time man���... I've been through a lot that I can't sit down and start writing....life is'nt easy, sometimes I think that everything is against me....life, job , money , even people around me....
I don't wanna keep living like this... don't need my family to remain like this, despite the fact I hustle hard I still find my self on zero level... despite the sleep less night.... despite extreme hard work on site... despite the hunger...things still Don't wanna work out for me...it's hard... Don't know the way forward, sometimes I doubt God's thought for us.....
Though I have no fish to feed on but I need no fish but rather how to get the fish... giving me fish is good but it won't do me good...cus it will surely finish....but with tears on me I beg God for the way forward...help teach me ways to earn and help people like you guys are doing...I really wanna be a giver not a receiver...my goals is to bring hope to millions since I got none from no one....

Situation is not fair here at all

This thread came at the right time..I think this thread is created because of me..Being broke is very bad I don't even have hope of eating today, tommorow even my siblings especially my youngest brother are crying of hunger .I am the first born so I am the one husling...but due to sickness and emotional problem I developed in the course of working in the site(labour),I can't make money to feed again..
You can go through my profile and see threads on malaria... I have been down..my last hope is GOD.. My parents don't care about our welfare..thank God I don't have a female sister....I have been embarrassed by many sellers and I am now even more ashame to buy on credit again...
I need means of income..I live in Lagos, Ikorodu..I know little music, programming,I am a guitarist,and I can teach sciences up to undergraduate level...
I know God will for me on earth is not to suffer..this are trying and difficult period for me..the burden is just beyond my capacity..

Menh I can't forget that fateful day I had only 50 naira in my entire life and was going to Festac town from Ijesha for an appointment.
I used 30 naira for t/fare hoping I'll be back with good news but the result is a story for another day.
I trekked in the hot sun of Lagos from Festac town down to Ijesha with my mind already spending the last 20 naira on garri,groundnut and probably sugar when I get home after the long trekking but something strange happened.
When I got to Ijesha bus stop,getting ready for the final trekking to my street which is like five kilometers from the bus stop, I saw this blind man with his daughter begging, and when I looked at d man, he looked straight to my eye and was begging for something from me.
Initially when I saw that blind man, I felt very grateful that I was a lucky guy,I felt pity and decided to move on with my 20 naira, I would av given him something but it was the last one on me.
Do you know that I ve to trek back from my street after successfully getting to my house to the bus stop just to give that same 20 naira to that blind man? Because my conscience would not let me rest from that moment I set my eye on the blind man...it was telling me, "you can do better by giving that 20naira to the blind man", I thought it was a joke until I submitted.
After that I saw myself crying unconsciously, trekking back home weak,hungry and without hope, but that's not the end of my story.

The following, someone I d never believed will help me, came to my house and took me to his place of work.... Same day, I was interviewed, same day I got my appointment letter,next day...
I started working in that company and the rest is history.

Wow. Finally i see someone with a conscience like mine. It can be terrible sometimes i swear. I had same experience years ago. It was a little kid, i had #100 left on a Saturday morning, the kid looked really hungry. I didnt know how to look for change. I just closed my eyes and passed the more i walked the more the beating increased, i looked back and saw some fine ladies coming when i wanted to go back and give the boy the money. My mind was telling me not to (it would look like show off, that was more like an excuse tho). Long story short i had to go back after getting home to search for that little boy. I felt like a heavy burden was lifted off me after that although the next two days were hell for me.
I see my conscience as a blesing sometimes cause i have quite the temper.

My own is not experience is happening at the moment, I have sold all I have my generator, my stabilizer, refrigerator etc,

I can't even eat a square meal a day, NEPA have already disconnected my light for over a month now.

Am owing my landlord 2 years rent as it is now I don't know what to do, suicide thought all over my head.

The only thing I can boast of now is my laptop that I used to do importation business before covid19 ruined everything for me.

My prayer now is that God should smile on my direction because I can't take it any more.

I have been moving from house to house just to get something to eat.

I have been looking for loan all to no avail, so if your case is past experience please thank God for your life because is not a good experience.

Lost my teaching job because of the pandemic and how I have been managing since then is a miracle. It is 0-0-1 I have been doing since the last two weeks because the home lesson that I am doing are owning. It is an experience I will never forget because I take each day as they come and I have tried not to think about what I will eat tomorrow because all I know is that tomorrow will take care of itself.

This thread was here for me but I do hope everything happens for a reason..If I could get access to Garri, it would have been better but what am experiencing right now is far lesser than my access to Garri..I can't even explain how I'm still alive cos I expect food from a neighbor everyday..Things are so tight because she has stopped giving me food..My guardian lost his job during this pandemic and since then he has not been able to provide food for us...I had to go back to school cos what he is currently facing is even more than the food I can't eat..I can't remember when last I held #100 but I just have to share my experience with you guys just to relieve me a little..If not for the free 20Mb by opera mini with my small phone..I wouldn't have been able to share this...Don't how tomorrow is gonna be like... Probably I will go begging but I trust God... Thanks NL for this thread!
