Two mosques were set ablaze by the Igbo in Enugu on Saturday, 31st October, 2020. The Islamic School, Afikpo, Ebonyi State has also received threats of impending invasion. It will be recalled that 11 (eleven) Muslims were killed during the #EndSARS protests in Port Harcourt and Orlu while the Orlu Central Mosque was completely destroyed barely two weeks ago. Markets belonging to Muslims in the region were also attacked and properties worth millions of naira were destroyed, including whole trailers with the goods.http://muslimrightsmuric..com/2020/11/stop-burning-mosques-in-igboland-muric.html?m=1

This one wants a retailation in the north. Why did he not talk when Yorubas were attacking Hausa traders in Fegba , Lagos during the EndSars riots? |

Muric should stop foaming in the mouth. We do not plan to allow future Jihadists to take root today in Igboland. Give them an inch today, by the time you wake up tomorrow, they've gone a mile and will be ready to slit your throat if you ask them why. The experiment in Southwest has shown that Muslims owe loyalty first to their religion before their tribe. I'm not being religiously intolerant, but if such religious tolerance will cost my life, forgive me if I'm trying to save my head from being severed from my neck. Shalom! |

Ibadansun1:And what also happened in Nssuka was not also a religious crisis. |

Ibadansun1:They burnt a make shift shanty that doubles as their hostel and mosque. And if they did burn a mosque , have they not be burning and bombing churches in the north ? Let them do their worse . Let this shithole burn to the ground . Maybe then Ishaq Yaribanza Akintola will be finally happy that they are killing Southerners and Christians in the north. |

Seerade029:Smh... So for you, until some lab coats are worn into a laboratory, an experiment is not done? So you don't see Christianity and Islam being of same proportion in Southwest as an experiment? And is Prof Ishaq Akintola not an example of someone who owes loyalty first to religion and to tribe? Are u sure you have written WAEC? |
| Re: Stop Burning Mosques In Igboland - MURIC by Seerade029: 7:15am On Nov 03, 2020 |
OfficialAwol:Your statement is faulty, because no experiment was made before you spill out that nonsense. Christians are more in SW than Muslims and Prof Akintola is just one person. An average Yoruba has family with both religions, except Ekiti, Ondo and some parts of Ogun/Oyo. |
