Bubu want to use tax payers money that is generated mostly from the south to build a railway line for Niger Republic, while the people paying this tax are moving on some of the most terrible roads in the world with their cars.

Spending extra expenses on this car cause of the terrible road BuBu fails to rehabilitate.

First of all, have they inspected the job and is it completed satisfactorily, before rushing to pay?

I have always been against people put in office because of academic qualification but no business experience backing them up. A spare parts trader in Ladipo has more experience handling business transactions and money and knows what should be done in a scenario like this. Fashola has no clue, never ran a business before in his life, thats why he will pay contractor without inspecting quality of job.
