Please I need someone to help with Alli express customer service mail, my item since June is yet to be delivered open a dispute and the money has already been sent to the sell Anker official please I need help on what to do on this I want to be sure the goods are in Nigeria so I can confront my post office worker here cos from AliExpress judgment on the dispute the good is here already.

I think you should show them the attached screenshot at the local post office. The arbitration team was specific about it being at the "local post office" as against "country of destination" which is less specific.

Also let 'em know that you had opened trade dispute and already lost the case and your money is not going to be refunded to you.

As added advantage, give your tracking number to a NIPOST official to track (you can try their website or one "prince something" official on their Twitter website like that). If we are to go by AE's claim, then their own (NIPOST's) check should also align.

Then go with that evidence along too.

I had a package come into Nigeria on the 24th of August and PO never called me till Monday 9th of November and they only got the package 3days earlier.
So be patient, our nipost logistics is something else. You'll eventually get called...... Cheers

Blue means the date hasn't gotten to the estimated dates of delivery.

Brown is when you are now within the dates the package was estimated to be delivered.

Red is when it has passed the estimated dates

Na wa for some of these Chinko sellers on Aliexpress o! Imagine! I placed order for 3 items in the just concluded November sales. While making payments for the orders, I left a message each for the sellers to the effect that they should not ship my order via '4px Singapore post' on the ground that it's very slow in delivering orders this period. 2 of the sellers replied my message and told me not to worry, while the 3rd seller kept silent. This morning, I got a message from aliexpress that all my orders had been shipped. On checking the tracking sites, I discovered that the 3rd seller intentionally shipped my order through the 'dreaded' 4px Singapore despite the fact that I didn't chose 4px, being free shipping, but decided to pay shipping fee for other logistic company. This is not furny at all because, I have an order of about 3 months, shipped by 4px but yet to be delivered.... Chai! How I wish my arm is long enough to reach China so I could just deliver one dirty slap on the face of this seller!!!
