Would appreciate a response please, thank you.
Please, email them for specifics. The issue is that the documents you and your instruction sent are not adequate. It could be that your uni didn't include a copy of your result...

Hi everyone.
So I’m filling SINP application and I realized that they are requesting for transcript in addition to ECA
My school don’t give transcript to individuals.
Will they accept a letter of explanation or the transcript must be provided?

We know most Nigerian Universities don't give Transcripts to students, but there's always a way. Please, look for a way to get it

Hi house,
I need some clarification. The second name on my passport is different from the one on my birth certificate. I need to attach my birth certificate for proof of sibling. Is this an issue?
I'd advise you to get a one and the same affidavit from high court. On your eAPR form they will ask whether you have ever had any other name and of course you'll choose yes, the system will require you to upload proof of "name change", you can the upload the affidavit there. Getting one is usually quite straightforward.

Ask your school for student copy of transcript(personal copy) it’s usually watermarked students copy, most schools give out students copy as it’s different from sending copy

The issue is that my sister was not legally married to the first husband.. it was just the traditional marriage. How can they go for a divorce in the court when the marriage was not legal initially

A traditional marriage is considered legal in Nigeria and can be dissolved through a customary court ruling. The documents rendered is also acceptable to IRCC.
I am surprised at the assumption that only marriages conducted in registry are considered legal.
This is Nigeria and our tradition and customs also hold weight and are legal.
She needs to be specific in her divorce documents and explain reasons for the divorce, (whether it was abuse or desertion by her ex) and ensure that sole custody of her child is granted to her and clearly stated.

It's not a big deal and she doesnt need her ex consent as long as the court has ruled sole custody to her (before the ex will put sand in her garri)

WES advices to always include reference number in mails sent to them, but ICES was silent about that. I wanted to be sure it won't be an issue if I include it, cos 50k (cos of international transcript in my alma mata) is not a money to lose).
I will risk it and include it in my forwarding address to ICES

Pls must someone provide reference letter for all the experiences listed in the work history part of the profile
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by Stencil: 9:32pm On Nov 16, 2020
1. BSC + OND = 2 or more certificates. You have to evaluate both, CIC goes by what your evaluation says.
2. Studying French is an excellent idea. If you can find an instructor that specializes in preparing for TEF exams that would great.
3. Only one year needs to be continuous, which you already have covered.

Many have misunderstood the 6 months statement thing. CIC is only asking that the POF letter include last 6 months average balance.
It never said you should keep money in your account for 6 months.
Please see attached.

Jacknn:
Please I have few questions to ask as I'm just begging the process
1) I have a BSC and OND(3yrs) which I believe can stand for me as 2 or more degrees..I'm I suppose to do Wes evaluation for both degrees or only for my BSC.. I intend using both so as to claim points for 2 or more degrees:;

2) I intend learning French to boast my score going into next yr when I intend to enter the pool; if I'm serious with the French and I use approximately 5 to 6months to prepare for it and ielts can I ace it in that period of time, any body with experience dealing with the French language, how its been done, when will u get ur result, what's the minimum score to get.how many months can one really get prepared to ace the exam and all, just anitin info would do

3) I have 3 years experience including NYSC, but just 1 continuous yrs of experience but I want to claim points for 3yrs,hope it can work..and for the case of proof of payment via the place u work..is the proof of payment via bank statement just for like 6months back or a year etc,how many months or years do de ask of from ur bank statement when applying thankss

No, just your NOC and whatever one needed to make it 3 yrs if your NOC isn't up to 3.

I think it is called salary certificate for those that received in cash.
IRCC only asked for reference letter but most people go a step further to provide payslips as that will make them sleep well at night.
thanks for reply, so are you saying, I should get a salary certificate ready in case?

Interesting arrangement. If A performed interviews, they will likely be conversant with your duties, hours and pay especially if you have
no direct contact with B1 and B2. Other option is for your direct supervisor to do the ref letter. Hopefully his/her ID/call card has the same entity and the one you are listing as your employer on your MyCIC profile. Good luck with it.

Advice re NOC is....label your JD with numbered NOC duties and share here please.... there is safety when there are many advisers.

Thanks Bro..Hr said they would call the contractor to handle that, that someone had gotten PPR with them before.

Please see my job duties and below Nocs that are related to it(1241 and 1211). I'm finding it hard trying to narrow it down to 1. Also help me check if there is any direct copying of Noc from the site as I have noticed some rejections because of it. Thank you in advance

Job titles don't matter, duties do.

For each of your duties below place the NOC code and duty number that you believe matches beside it, example in bold below. That's the best way to see which NOC matches best

Job roles
1. Requesting of itinerary quotes from travelling agents and issuance of flight tickets; In't and local of over 2000 expatriate/national employees on leave rotational basis(every quarter of the year) NOC 1242 item 10

1. Has anyone successfully submitted an application using the ECA of Unilag foundation Diploma as Undergrad Certificate? As far as I know, Unilag issues only statement of result for this. Did this suffice when uploaded alongside the ECA i.e. was Education history check approved?

2. How does the swap of dates for medical screening work? I have an appointment for next week the 25th but would like to swap for a date this week.

Priority!!!!!

Below is my IELTS Story from the 6th Thread.

Hello Everyone,

Trust we are all prepared for the 2019 train?

I will just like to share my IELTS testimony and encourage someone out there going through the wilderness of IELTS. My timeline is as follows:

Attempt 1= 1st Feb. 18 LRWS 8,8,6,7.5 (BC)
Attempt 2= 12th May LRWS 8, 6.5, 6, 7.5 (EOR W=6.5) IDP
Attempt 3= 18th Aug. LRWS 8, 8.5, 6, 7.5 (EOR W,S =6.5, 8 ) BC
Attempt 4= 13tH Oct. LRWS 8.5, 8, 6.5, 7 (EOR W,S =6.5, 8 ) BC

At this point i was just tired!!! After putting so much effort (after using JAY & LIZ writing materials and videos) i could not get above 6.5. I also made a call for Help here ohhh.... but no one offered assistance. Anyways while reading through the tread @Distinct777 mention that he/she used the materials on this site (https://www.ieltsadvantage.com) for writing....

Attempt 5= 15th Dec LRWS 8.5, 9, 7, 7.5 IDP

All praise be to God!!!! It ended in Praise!!!

I am applying for SINP and i am claiming 10 years work experience. please do i need to upload my my bank statement from 10 GOOD YEARS .

You don't need to upload 10years straight statement of account at once at it would be very bulky and tedious for the officer to review. SINP requires atleast 3 payslip per year with corresponding bank deposit showing earnings, if the last years deposited earnings is available via your internet banking platform I would advice that for each of the monthly payslips you would be providing, specify the actual date salary dropped in your account on your bank platform, extract only that day and attach with the corresponding payslip when merging your work documents experience file.
