Please, I was issued 90 days vignette for tier two visa after lockdown, although I applied in March before lock down. But I could not travel with the vignette and it expired last month after 90 days.. I applied for replacement recently via paid service.. Please who has experienced this, today makes it seven working days I applied, no response yet... I'm just curious.. I'm a nurse, will work with NHS in the uk

If you had 90days until last month October, why didn't you travel as flights have resumed since?

Yes, I communicated with my agent, he has given me resumption date, although my COS is still carrying my previous resumption date (April). the agent knows my reasons and paid for the vignette replacement for me, my concern is the outcome from Ukvi.. Has anyone been in this shoe before? Did they replace it?

Hello great minds, I highly commend your contribution that has made positive impact on this thread. I got a refusal letter yesterday. Felt bad, The ECO stated I plan to spend £2,258.56. Meanwhile I input 1000GBP in the section that requested for how much you plan to spend for this trip which is 500k there about. I Booked E-reservation flight with Egypt air line 298k. my closing balance was N1,067,000 as at submission in October. And the following month of November another salary came as 220k from my company, and 68,030 from my return on investment every month, so I will have roughly N1,300,000 in my account. I told them I spend N112,615 monthly which can be lower or higher depending on my expenses for that month as its not constant which I said. I told them I have no dependant. I am married with 2 children, an the one sponsoring myself. i included our family pic of myself husband and two children, and marriage picture, marriage certificate, husband consent letter in letter head paper which he says in gave his consent and will take care of the children while am away for the 14 days leave, my husband and i plot of land property, my girlfriend invitation letter stating she will be providing accommodation and feeding for the 2wks, and data page, and her house ownership document etc, d WhatsApp chat of us and picture we both took when she visited. Employment letter, 6months pay slips. Told them am going for vacation to spend the Christmas holiday with her and family using my leave approval as she invited me. So I don't know if they want lies because I told them what I spent monthly after all its my money and I have enough to spend if am back, salary and savings will still be coming in, or is it that they don't check account statement or call your bank to confirm what u Ve at closing balance and to see if another money has come in or not, I have travel history. Please I need your candid advise to avoid such from recurring. Thank you all

With this, your disposable income is (220,000-112,615)x2 = 214,770 (£425.10) meaning ur budget should not exceed 214,770NGN

You stated your budget is £1k (505,220NGN) which is obviously above ur disposable income

Submit what they're asking for. If it's six months, then give them what they ask.

Use compression software to cut down the size of the pdfs.

There is an additional income of 68k per month. Bringing total monthly income to 288k.
If u deduct her expenses its about 176 disposable income monthly and twice of that bein 352k.
Eco acknowledged the addtional income.
Even if as it were that been included, ECO wrongly assessed her application using a wrong budget and still went on to say it is times 10 her income. This is where she is seeking reconsideration because ‘technically’ ECO didn't assess her accurately.

You can't be sure .. probably u ve mistakenly input 10,000 point instead of 1000 in ur application ...if u still have the letter or where u input those information online ..pls go back and check again to be very sure [/quote]

Usually you have to wait atleast 6months to 1year before reapplying so you are not seen as desperate.

For someone that earns 220k u might want to limit ur monthly expenses to 40k or less so you can have enough disposable income. However, you have declared ur expenses in the previous application to be around 112k so you have to give a valid reason and explain what has changed that brought down ur living expenses

Ur finances are shaky.
Try and get paperwork to defend the investment of 108k if u would want to use it as a buffer to your monthly salary

I will say yes because i got a raise in pay from 240k to 287k and after all deductions i get 135k.

It's really crazy but then what can one do than to abide by the rules. It's their country and they decide who comes in. Did my best to prove I am up to the game but they felt I was lieing. Will try again, cos I already promised my son. I work, earn about 287k, do biz too and got my properties. Same for wifey, yet they believe we ain't for real. No qualms, now. We'll try again but this time I will be relying on the experts in here to guide me. Thanks and cheers!
