guy radiators don't cause oil burns. The engine itself is bad.

He paid Gazzuzz full for the engine and for his labour.

This is a classic case of a Nigerian mechanics. He knew he sold a faulty engine. The engine piston had been worked on that is why its having oil burns few months after purchase. Nigerian mechanics do this alot. They know the fix would only last a few months. This is really wicked!

Let's assume you fixed an engine ( all parts purchased by you).and few days after the 3 months warranty, the car experience something like this, how do you handle such.

This is not a court issue but about good customer service and serving your fellow Nigerian in good faith. How will you be comfortably selling a Tokunbo engine to some that would only last a few months. Do you know how hard it is to fork out 400k in this present economy?

Guy refund the man his engine. A good Tokunbo engine as you started cannot start having oil burns just under 3000km. And he said it's been having this issue way before the 3000Km and he's being complaining but you asked him to try several things.

It's not fair when you try to take advantage of people's of ignorance. Nigeria is hard enough. Don't scam your fellow guyman.

Someone (could be a client) is accusing him of selling a faulty engine with a proof that that engine is shorting oil after few kilometers. He should come out with a proof that he sold a quality very good engine to him.
